Media Box

The Media Box System is an audio speaker device to support Bluetooth wireless data transfer. The system can be controlled by a smart phone or tablet PC with Bluetooth function and has been widely used in individuals and homes entertainment application. It must include a high-performance microcontroller to provide Bluetooth data transfer, LCD display data transfer, power management, and audio DSP module control. Due to the need of high computing power MCU with low cost and small size package, the Mini51 series MCU is suitable for Bluetooth Audio Speaker System applications.

The Mini51 series provides high performance, small size QFN package and low cost 32-bit ARM^® Cortex™-M0 core, runs up to 24 MHz, and supports 32-bit hardware multiplier, wide operating voltage range 2.5V to 5.5V, Flash ROM up to 16 KB and RAM up to 2 KB, highly integrated 10-bit ADC, 300 kSPS conversion rate, internal RC 22MHz OSC, two sets of comparators, and rich peripheral such as I²Cx1 ,SPIx1, UARTx1, input I/O 5V tolerance, Anti-theft lock code bit, 96-bit Unique ID and 128-bit Unique customer ID, and strong anti-jamming ability (ESD 8kV, EFT 4kV). In addition, Nuvoton has well-developed turn-key solutions for Bluetooth Audio Speaker System and provides key integrated ICs, related software and development tools for developers.
